how to register
AccessOnline is only available to members of westforce®. To register for this service, complete the form and return it to us or complete an application form available at any local branch.
Factor 2 Information
Factor 2 is an additional security measure put in place by Westforce ® Credit Union.
Factor2 requires the internet banking user to select personal icons in addition to their usual user name and password when logging on to Internet banking. The personal icon selection acts as a second barrier of protection against fraud such as phising and trojans as Members using their mouse must then select their chosen personal icons from a random selection panel of icons in order to be successfully logged into Internet Banking.

What should I do if my Access Number or Password is not accepted?
If after entering your Access Number and Password you get a message stating “Access Denied”, please check your details and try again. If you are still unable to enter the system please email us or telephone your local branch during normal business hours
What happens if I forget my Password?
If you forget your Password, please telephone or visit your local branch during normal business hours.
What happens if I transfer funds after hours or on weekends?
If you are transferring funds to another westforce® account the transaction will still be completed immediately, even if it is outside business hours.
If the transfer is to an account outside the Credit Union, the available balance and transaction listing will reflect the transaction immediately on your westforce® account. However, the funds won’t be available in the external account until the next working day (Note: You must allow an extra business day if after normal business hours).
Who should I contact if I notice a transaction on my account which I believe I have not authorized?
You must contact us immediately by email or telephone.
